Every once and a while I will see an accessory, a hat, or a pair of boots, and inspiration will strike me. I will purchase the item, or look in my house for something similar and an idea is born.
I was at Target on a random Saturday with my daughter buying a friend a baby gift. We were walking towards the checkout and as is typically the case for me (and apparently the rest of America), something caught my eye.
A hat. A simple straw hat with a white ribbon on the crown of it. It was perfect for Sadie. So of course, we purchased something I hadn’t intended to purchase at Target. Such is life right?
Anyways, we now had this hat. I already had a dress to go with it. So, we picked a date, and headed over to some property not too far from our home and had a quick little portrait session with Sadie and her hat.
