After sitting out of the wedding game for a few years, I have decided to actively start photographing weddings again. There was a time when I pursued photographing weddings, but then I had three little children and coordinating child-care and trying to edit weddings around feedings, and lack of sleep just wasn’t a good combination.
Now that my children are a little bit older, I feel like its time to step back in to the arena, with a caveat.
I would love to photograph the backyard wedding at your Grandma’s home. Or the simple elopement you and your fiance have planned. Nothing against the big party weddings, but I really don’t feel like those are a good fit for me.
I’m looking for those smaller, more intimate weddings, where wedding photography coverage isn’t needed all day, yet you still want someone there to document the day. Someone that isn’t Uncle Bob with his camera, if you know what I mean.
