So, you have been engaged for a little while and the details are starting to come together for your big day. You have your dress picked out, you have your invitations at the printers, you know who your bride’s maids are and what they will be wearing, but the one thing you can’t seem to nail down is your wedding cake.
You want your wedding cake to be a statement and true reflection of who you are as a couple. The wedding cake is, after all, the focal point of the reception. Everyone waits excitedly as the new husband and wife cut the cake, straining for a view of the first bite. Will they be nice and each take a bite of the cake? Or will they mash the cake all over each other’s face?
Will you go with the traditional white cake with a few simple flowers? Will you go with something simple and elegant? Will you go crazy with colors and design?
Today’s modern brides are looking for something that compliments their wedding theme. I recently came across an article from Delish.com and wanted to share a few pictures of some unique and timeless wedding cakes.

Or perhaps, you have the wedding caked decided and done with, but you are wanting to do a groom’s cake. A lot of couples can get really creative with the groom’s cake. Below are some cakes that I found to be pretty creative and interesting.
